Can I use any essential oils?

Use pure essential oils or cold-air diffuser oils only. Avoid oils mixed with water, carrier oils, or alcohol — these can block the nozzle or weaken scent diffusion.

Do the three mist modes have different output?

The mist output is the same across all modes — only the spray interval differs. High mode sprays more frequently for a stronger scent, while Low mode sprays less often for a lighter aroma.

I can see mist but can’t smell much fragrance — what should I do?

f mist is light and scent is weak, check that doors are closed, the unit is on High with pure oils, placed 3-5 ft high, and the nozzle is clean. Always use the original 5V/2A adapter. For large rooms, opt for higher concentration oils.

Why does my diffuser produce little or no mist sometimes?

This is often caused by thick or residue oils blocking the nozzle or tube. Clean or replace the nozzle, check that the top cover is aligned, and use the original 5V/2A adapter to restore normal misting.

The scent is too strong — how can I make it lighter?

Switch to Low or Medium mode, use lighter-scented oils, or place the diffuser in a larger or more ventilated area. Small adjustments can quickly balance fragrance intensity.
