Wash your menstrual cup with warm water and mild soap.Practice folding your menstrual cup. Using the loop, you don’t need to insert your fingers deeper to search for the disc anymore. Empty the fluid into the toilet and wash the cup and reinsert it.At each menstrual period, please boil your cup in bubbling-boiling water for 3-5 minutes before the first use, and repeat the same after the last use. You can also use a Mascoto sterilizer if available.
