Cleaning

Use [1:3 distilled water(purified water) and rubbing alcohol] or [75%ethanol] in an empty bottle and start the machine for 10-30 minutes.

It is recommended to use once every two weeks as a cycle.

Is more oil used by waterless diffuser than other types of diffusers?

There is no heat damaging oil chemistry or water diluting oil fidelity. More oil would be consumed for better aroma therapeutic benefits. And it is proven that mist dispersed by waterless diffuser is longer lasting in the atmosphere.

What is the noise level of the diffuser?

Normally the diffuser is functioning under 38 dB, which is super quiet and suitable for bedrooms at nighttime. It will be a little bit noisy only at starting phase of power on.

Can I use the diffuser with other liquids?

Our test shows the diffuser can work well with most kinds of oils. Please feel free to try different liquids. However in few cases there might be minor residue for sticky blends. Please gently wipe the diffuser with soft clothing.

Are the mists visible or not?

Normally no. Essential oil is broken down to tiny particles so that difficult to see. You can clearly see it under a focus lighting.
