Temple Spring was born out of a journey of self-care and personal growth. Co-founders Katie and Rick, who had both just experienced their own traumas, found solace in each other and in taking care of themselves. They realized the importance of self-care, especially for busy and overstretched parents like themselves, who were trying to juggle work, family, and healthy living, whilst also being planet conscious.
